The "Tsukimi Teriyaki Burger," which combines a teriyaki burger and a half-boiled style egg (an original egg product), was sold as part of Mos' Tsukimi series last October and became a hot topic during the Tsukimi sales season. This year, the "Torottama Cheese Teriyaki Burger - with Hokkaido Gouda Cheese" will be available in conjunction with Easter and other egg-inspired seasons.

The burger combines a juicy patty (meat) with original teriyaki sauce, Japanese lettuce, semi-boiled style egg, and Mos original cheese. The cheese is made with Gouda cheese, which is made with the concentrated flavor of raw milk from Hokkaido, and domestic butter, giving it a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth, milky taste.

The teriyaki sauce was developed from the desire to create a Japanese-flavored hamburger that would suit the Japanese palate since the company's establishment in 1972.
