Mita Noodle Factory "Tsukemen Miyamoto" for a limited time

At the Tsukemen specialty store "Mita Seimensho", a limited-time menu "Tsukemen Miyamoto" is on sale. It will be available at all stores in Japan until October 31st.

Based on the soup made from pork bones and seafood, which is also used in regular tsukemen at Mita Seimenjo, Nagasaki Prefecture has abundantly blended a special paste made from dried sardines from the Goto Islands. It is a satisfying cup finished in a soup that is "the thickest in history".

Off the coast of the Goto Islands, which is located in the westernmost part of Nagasaki Prefecture, which boasts the largest production of dried sardines in Japan, is a treasure trove of seafood. Outstanding seasoning in the menu of Mita Noodle Factory. When entwined with the extra-thick noodles that are characteristic of Mita Noodles, the strong sardine flavor spreads throughout your mouth.

The selling price is 900 yen (tax included). As with regular tsukemen, the noodle sizes from "medium" to "large" are all the same price. If you order "extra large", it will be 100 yen more.
