(White Fried Chicken)" is a fried chicken supervised by "Yakitori Miyagawa" in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, which is famous for its "Shiroi Kara-Age" (White Fried Chicken). As the name suggests, the "white karaage" is salt-flavored karaage wrapped in a white batter. It can be enjoyed simply on its own or with ponzu (Japanese sauce made of citrus juice and soy sauce) to taste.

The "Yakitori Miyagawa's White Karaage" supervised this time is also simply salt-flavored and deep-fried in the restaurant to make it crispy.
