Infinite Garland Chrysanthemum "Garland Chrysanthemum with Mayopon" How does it taste?
Yummy! The crunchy and fresh garland chrysanthemum's bitterness is mellowed by the richness of mayonnaise and refreshed by the acidity of the ponzu vinegar. The mayopon softens the bitterness of the garland chrysanthemum a little, making it very easy to eat. In fact, this bitterness is just the perfect amount of salt. I could really eat this forever... It's also delicious with some ground sesame seeds tossed in at the end, so go for it!
