All are prepared according to Alain Ducasse's culinary philosophy, using less sugar, salt, and fat to bring out the natural flavors of the season's ingredients. Paired with two additional savories (lobster sandwich and Wagyu beef tacos) and a glass of Champagne, you can enjoy a fine dining experience that is like a miniature restaurant course.
