Setouchi Lemon Shortcake" is a new addition to the lineup of sweets using Setouchi lemons, which are known for their fragrance, juiciness, and mild acidity. The "Setouchi Lemon Shortcake" is a lemon-inspired cake, from the sponge to the cream, the jelly, and the top decorations.

It is sandwiched between a lemon cream with Setouchi lemon jam, jelly and peel, and decorated with lemon jelly and a slice of Setouchi lemon (produced in Hiroshima Prefecture) on the top. The texture of the lemon peel and its refreshing bitterness accentuate the flavor of the Setouchi lemon, filling your mouth with the taste of Setouchi lemon. This is a perfect dish for when you want to refresh your mind and have a craving for something refreshing. The product will be on sale from August 1 to around August 31. The price is 529 yen (tax included, the same below).
