CASA LUCA (Milan main store is open under the name of "CASA RAMEN") has become popular by word of mouth since it opened in 2013, and now some people line up before it opens. The owner, Luca Catalfamo, who was born in Milan, was impressed with Japanese ramen and decided to open a ramen shop.

The "Milan Tonkotsu Ramen" offered is a soup made from 100% pork bones over 20 hours, combined with a soy sauce-based sauce to create a creamy taste with no odor. Noodles made by blending durum semolina flour for pasta and wheat flour used for Italian bread, and char siu that incorporates the pancetta manufacturing method are combined.

Another signature menu, "Peperoncino Aemono Noodles," is a medium-thick noodle topped with olive oil, Japanese-style soup stock, chili pepper, soy sauce sauce, crispy roasted chicken, raw spinach, sprouts, green onions, and thread chili peppers. It seems that it has been finished.

The store will be opened on the second basement floor of the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. It will be open for a limited time of one and a half years.

So far, the American "IKEMEN HOLLYWOOD" (April 2013-June 2014) and the German " Muku-Zweite " (June 2014-) have appeared as "reimported ramen" in the museum.
