Ramen Yamaoka-ke has announced on its official website that "Niboshi Pork Bone Ramen" will be available as a limited-time menu item starting on March 23. The price is 850 yen (including tax, the same below) for a single item. The "Half Rice Set" and "Gyoza Set" will be available for 970 yen and 1,170 yen, respectively.

Yamaoka Family Niboshi Pork Bone Ramen

This menu was jointly developed by the Yamaoka family and "Kyokuniboshi Honpo," a restaurant specializing in dried noodle soup. The noodles are made of whole wheat flour, and the special niboshi sauce is combined with the Yamaoka family's pork bone broth. In addition, the set includes a side dish of "half rice" (130 yen) or "special gyoza" (330 yen) for a reduced price.
