Komeda Coffee Shop's Ogura Toast

Sablé

A collaboration between "Coffee Shop Komeda Coffee Shop," a full-service coffee shop that originated in Nagoya, and Gin-no-Grapu, which has been creating creative sweets. Silver Grape is the brand that debuted the famous "Tokyo Banana" as a Tokyo souvenir, and now, in collaboration with Coffee Shop Komeda Coffee Shop, which has spread Nagoya's coffee shop culture throughout the country, they have seriously created a new Nagoya specialty souvenir confectionery. In the first week of its release, more than 40,000 units were sold! The much-talked-about sweet, which is usually only available in the Nagoya area, has made its first appearance in Tokyo.

This particular sable is just like a "freshly baked toast" topped with ogura and butter. The taste of Komeda Coffee Shop's Ogura Toast has been transformed into a delicious sable. The ingredients are made from Hokkaido azuki beans. The chocolate-coated, round, voluminous Ogura-an is placed on top of a toasted, buttery, breadcrumb-enriched sable. A rich square of buttery chocolate is also placed on top to create Nagoya's famous "Ogura Toast".

The price is 842 yen for 4 pieces or 1,620 yen for 8 pieces (both including tax). They will be sold at the Pakumogu Terrace event (inside the ticket gates) in front of the south exit of the Shinkansen bullet train at Tokyo Station.
