At "Udon", flat-boiled thick noodle udon made from 100% Hokkaido wheat is offered in "Tsukemen style". The noodles, which are made by feeding hot boiled noodles to a colander and tightening them in cold water at once, are chewy and comfortable to chew, and you can enjoy the taste of wheat.

The menu includes 3 types of cold soup udon and 1 type of warm soup udon. Cold soup products include "beef spicy udon," "chicken tempura udon," and "nori tsuke udon," while warm soup udon includes "pork hot soup udon," which uses domestic brand pork. Udon noodles.

The most recommended item from the restaurant is the "Beef Spicy Udon" (starting at 750 yen), which is made by serving sweet and spicy sliced beef, white sesame seeds, green onions, and chopped seaweed on top of the noodles.
