"Singapore Laksa Soba", which has been on sale since mid-March, has been further arranged by a former Singapore representative of Fuji Soba. Udon is used for the noodles, and the amount is 1.5 balls. Hawkers (stalls) in Singapore are popular because they can eat and enjoy a lot of laksa cheaply. You can also choose soba. The ingredients are spinach, steamed chicken, crab sticks, and boiled eggs.
The soup is richer and has a stronger sense of seafood, and is devised so that you can enjoy the texture of dried shrimp. In May and June, the "tsukemen style", in which the soup is hot and the noodles are cold, is the best. There are 4 stores in Tokyo. It is as follows.
