Toraya Karyo Akasaka "Seasonal Meals" made from plant-based ingredients

Gingko Rice Cake Bowl" is made of gingko rice cakes with white bean flour used for wagashi (Japanese confectionery). The soup stock is made from dried shiitake mushrooms and kelp.

Deep-fried Lotus Root Dumplings with Autumn Vegetables" is made with grated lotus root, tofu, and deep-fried dumplings. It is served with spicy miso paste.

In addition, "Numata no Yuba Himalayan Rock Salt," "New Rice," "Azuki Bean Tsukudani with Oba Miso," "Garland Chrysanthemum and Maitake Mushroom with Walnut," and "Seasonal Fresh Sweets or Freshly Baked Zangetsu" will be served with the meal. Available during lunch hours from 11:00 to 14:00. The price is 3,850 yen (tax included).

Autumn udon with fried eggplant, grilled shimeji mushrooms, and plenty of grated daikon. You can enjoy it with your favorite addition of vinegared oranges. Available during lunch hours from 11:00 to 14:00. Price: 1,870 yen (tax included), small size 1,540 yen (tax included).
