Tsukemen "Yuzu Beef Tsukemen" is topped with plenty of juicy beef cooked in sweet and spicy sauce with onions to satisfy meat lovers. The warm broth, a combination of kake-dashi and tsuke-dashi, is finished with refreshing yuzu and aromatic sesame oil. It is rich in flavor and goes well with both the udon and the sweet and spicy beef, and is said to stimulate the appetite. You can choose your udon hot or cold, whichever you prefer.

The broth is delicious! The richness and flavor of the fat that seeps out of the beef spreads out slowly. The beef is juicy and plentiful. The flavor increases with each bite. The fresh flavor of yuzu (a citrus fruit) that can be felt from time to time adds a nice accent to the dish. This is the kind of taste that makes you addicted to it. ......


Nori is served in a small bag (this was the case at the store I visited). Toppings such as green onions and tenkasu can be added at the counter where yakumi (condiments) are placed in the desired amount.


The noodles are firm and chewy, and the perfect combination of noodles and soup stock makes for a happy meal. We recommend simply eating the noodles as they are at first, and then adding condiments to balance the flavor to your liking. It is especially delicious with a generous amount of green onion and tenkasu!
