The sales location is the confectionery event space on the first basement floor of the Daimaru Sapporo store. The sales period is from October 4 to October 10.

is a galette specialty store that carefully prepares galettes using Hokkaido ingredients. Neige" is French for "snow. It represents the "snow" rabbit that is the symbol of the brand. The "Ezo snow hare," which lives only in Hokkaido, is a fast runner and is not easily seen. Like the snow hare, we want to create sweets that are impressive when you encounter them.
