aign Tendon Tenya will conduct "Hatsu-Summer Campaign". The limited time offer menu "Hatsunatsu Tendon" and "Hatsunatsu no Moriawase" using seasonal ingredient firefly squid will be available from April 20 to early June 2023.

Tendon "Hatsunatsu Tendon" features "firefly squid" from Hamasaka Port in Hyogo Prefecture, which is in season in early summer.

Hyogo Prefecture is known as a fishing ground comparable to Toyama Prefecture, where firefly squid is caught by trawlers in deep waters 200 meters below the surface. Compared to those caught in other prefectures, those caught at Hamasaka Port are characterized by their small size and light, yet plump texture. This time, "Kakiage of Firefly and Red Ginger (with Mitsuba)," which combines firefly squid with red ginger and mitsuba, is served as the main dish. Tempura of "Hira-saya-yaengen" with its bright green, crunchy texture and subtle sweetness is also served on the top.

The "Kohaku Hajikami" (red and white pickled radish) with a refreshing sweet-and-sour flavor is served as a chopstick rest. In addition to this, the rice is topped with a little bit of rice bowl sauce before serving the tempura. Comes with miso soup.

Firefly

squid with vinegared miso "Firefly squid with vinegared miso" is available as an early summer appetizer. This dish features boiled firefly squid and spinach, which are in season in early summer. The spicy vinegared miso goes well with the gentle sourness and sweetness of the miso. It can be enjoyed as a snack or as a side dish to tendon. The price is 230 yen.

"Hatsunatsu Tendon Service Set" is a combination of "Hatsunatsu Tendon" and "Small Soba Noodle" or "Small Udon Noodle". Hot or cold noodles are available. Comes with miso soup.

The regular set price is 1,200 yen, but you can order it for the service set price of 1,160 yen.

) "Firefly and Red Ginger Kakiage (with Mitsuba)" is one of the "Early Summer Nokke Single Dishes" that can be enjoyed by adding the taste of early summer to tendon. The small firefly squid is combined with red ginger and mitsuba. Sales may be suspended depending on availability.

"Bonito marinated in ginger and soy sauce" is also one of the "Early Summer Kette Single Item". It is marinated in ginger and soy sauce and has a delicious flavor. Sales may be suspended depending on availability. Price is 200 yen.

"Hirasaya Iengen" is also one of the "Early Summer Nokke Single Item". The bright green and crunchy texture has a hint of sweetness. Sales may be suspended depending on availability.

(with pickles) "Hatsunatsu Tendon Bento (with pickles)" is a To go or delivery version of "Hatsunatsu Tendon". Unlike the in-store version, miso soup is not included.

Early Summer

Platter

"Early Summer Platter" is available only for To go and delivery. It is a gorgeous-looking tempura with seasonal fish and vegetables that bring out the freshness of early summer. The menu includes four kinds of tempura: Firefly and Red Ginger Kakiage (with mitsuba), Bonito Marinated in Ginger and Soy Sauce, Red Fish, and Hira-Sagayaki Seasoning.

Prices for To go are 730 yen for one person and 1,440 yen for two people. Delivery service is 990 yen for one person or 1,940 yen for two people.

Early Summer Platter

In principle, all Tendon Tendon restaurants nationwide sell Tendon Tendon, with a few exceptions. Sales differ at the New Chitose Airport Store, Keyaki Walk Maebashi Store, Haneda Airport Terminal 1 Store, Haneda Airport Terminal 2 Store, and Kariya Highway Oasis Kintetsu Park House Store. The campaign menu is not available at the Kamisato SA store. In addition, "Natural Tiger Prawn Gochiso Tendon" and "Tare Zuke Kaisen Tendon" will continue to be sold.
