Tempura" Hotto Motto stores will release "Kaisen Tendon", "Top Kaisen Tendon", "Assorted Tempura", which are bowls of seafood and vegetable tempura, and "Assorted Tempura" as individual items on August 22 (except some Kaisen Tendon "Kaisen Tenpura Assorted Tempura" bowl)

Kaisen

Tendon "Kaisen Tendon" features a bowl of tempura consisting of two resilient shrimps, soft squid, and scallops that spread their flavor as you bite into them, as well as vegetable tempura of snap peas, lotus root, and sweet potatoes. In addition to seafood, vegetables are also included in this product. The price is 590 yen (tax included, same as below).


The sauce for the tendon is made according to regional tastes, with eastern Japan using two types of soy sauce and two different flavors of dried bonito flakes to create a clean and crisp flavor. On the other hand, the West Japan version combines the umami of bonito, kelp, dried sardines, and shiitake mushrooms with dark soy sauce to create a mildly sweet flavor.

The "Top Kaisen Tendon" is a very satisfying bowl of tempura rice topped with double portions of shrimp and scallop tempura. Recommended for those who want to enjoy more seafood. The price is 760 yen.

Ten-togi-don
Kaisen Ten-Tsuji Don" is a bowl of rice topped with tempura from "Kaisen Tendon" simmered in a sweet soy sauce sauce and softly covered with an egg. The price is 640 yen.

Assorted Tempura

Tempura platter is a take-out item of "Kaisen Tendon" Tempura. It is a perfect addition to the table or as a snack. The price is 490 yen.
