Spring Limited Menu

Tendon Tenya will introduce a spring limited menu featuring "Sakuraebi Tendon", "Sakuraebi no Sakura-sakari", and "Wild tiger prawn no Gochiso Tendon", available from February 22 to mid-April, 2023.

Sakuraebi

Tendon "Sakuraebi Tendon" features light and crispy "Sakuraebi Kakiage (Deep Fried Sakuraebi with Mitsuba)", spring vegetable "Takenoko (bamboo shoots)", bright green "Shishito (green pepper)", and fluffy "Japanese Tachi Fish" tempura, topped with a refreshing "Hiroshima-nai (green perilla flavored) Hiroshima mustard with a hint of green perilla. This tempura rice bowl is a perfect way to feel the arrival of spring. The price is 890 yen.

Not available at Bunkyo Green Court, Fujikawa SA, and Kamisato SA.


SAKURA-HIBER TENDON PLUS

OBATSU (vinegared miso paste with kobara and rape blossoms) "SAKURA-HIBER TENDON PLUS HARU KOBATSU (vinegared miso paste with kobara and rape blossoms)" combines sakura-HIBER tendon with a spring kobachi. Comes with miso soup. Price: 1,090 yen.

Not available at Bunkyo Green Court, Fujikawa SA, Kamisato SA, New Chitose Airport, Haneda Airport Terminal 1, and Haneda Airport Terminal 2.

Sakaebi

Tendon Service Set "Sakaebi Tendon Service Set" is also available. The set includes a bowl of sakuraebi tendon and a small soba or udon noodle for the price of 1,130 yen.

Not available at the Bunkyo Green Court, Fujikawa SA, Kamisato SA, New Chitose Airport, Haneda Airport Terminal 1, and Haneda Airport Terminal 2 branches.


Natural tiger prawn in

gochiso

tendon "Natural tiger prawn in gochiso tendon" is the star of the gochiso tendon series, featuring a plump and chewy "natural tiger prawn. It is served with a combination of "katsujime conger eel," which is plump and has an elegant flavor, and "Japanese sea bream," which has elasticity and a delicious taste. The price is 1,000 yen.

It is not available at the New Chitose Airport store, Haneda Airport Terminal 1 store, Haneda Airport Terminal 2 store, Keyaki Walk Maebashi store, Kariya Highway Oasis Kintetsu Park House store, Bunkyo Green Court store, Fujikawa SA store, and Kamisato SA store.


Natural tiger prawn tempura

(with Hiroshima greens and oshinko) "Natural tiger prawn tempura bento (with Hiroshima greens and oshinko)" will be available for To go. Tempura includes "natural tiger prawn," "fresh conger eel," and "Japanese sea bream. Miso soup is not included in the bento. The price is 1,000 yen.

Sakura-ebi no

Sakurazakari

"Sakura-ebi no Sakurazakari" is a To go-only menu item, an assortment of tempura that will brighten up your table during the cherry blossom viewing and spring holiday seasons. You can enjoy a total of four kinds of tempura, including "sakura ebi no kakiage (sakura shrimp tempura with mitsuba)," "japanese swordfish," "bamboo shoots," and "shishito (green pepper)," which are also served on sakura ebi tendon, anywhere you like and any way you like to eat them. Miso soup is not included.

The price is 700 yen for one serving of "Sakurazakari" and 1,380 yen for two servings of "Double Sakurazakari".




SAKURA-EBERI TENDON

BENTO

(with oshinko) "SAKURA-EBERI TENDON BENTO (with oshinko)" is available for To go and delivery. Miso soup is not included.

The price is 890 yen for To go. The delivery set includes cold soba or udon noodles for 1,550 yen.

Haru-no-kkeshi

" is a seasonal tempura of spring tastes that can be enjoyed by adding "nokke" to standard menus such as tendon. However, sales may be suspended depending on the availability of the tempura. The lineup is as follows

o "Spring Kobachi: Kobashira and Nanohana with Vinegared Miso" is a limited time offer of boiled rape blossoms and itayagai kobashira (small columns of scallion) with vinegared miso. The bitterness of the nanohana goes well with the gentle sourness and sweetness of the vinegared miso. It can be served with your favorite tendon. The price is 200 yen.
