Sato's Eel and Hamo Festival" is a To go-only campaign at Washoku SATO where you can enjoy bowls of eel rice topped with rice and hamo (garden eel) tempura, etc. This campaign is available only from August 16 to 31.

This year's campaign menu includes "Seasonal Special Tenju", "Well-bari Double Donburi (bowl of rice topped with eel and hamo (conger eel) tempura)", and "Unatoro Soba".

Seasonal Special Tenju

The "Seasonal Special Tenju" is a summery tempura dish that includes two pike conger eel tempura, summer vegetable tempura such as mini-tomato and eggplant tempura, and three prawn tempura. The tempura is served with an optional sauce, and can be enjoyed with any amount of tempura sauce. The special price is 830 yen (tax included, same as below), a 30% discount due to the campaign.

Well-Baried Double Bowl (Eel & Hamo Ebi Tempura Bowl)

The "Well-bari Double-don (Unadon & Ebi Hamo Tendon)" is a bowl of rice topped with charbroiled eel, prawns, and hamo (hamo) tendon. The special price is 862 yen.

Unatollo Soba

The "Unatoro Soba" is a soba noodle with fragrant char-grilled eel and refreshing tororo (grated yam). Can be changed to udon as well. Special price 646 yen.

Half-price Tendon

In addition, Satoh's popular "Tendon" with two prawns will be offered at half price on weekdays only. The tempura batter is made with rice flour, and the light texture is said to be enjoyable all the way through. The regular price of 646 yen is only 322 yen.
