Tarezuke Oedo Tendon has been available since 2007 and is one of Tenya's most popular summer items. Large, plump "katsujime conger eel," thick "giant squid," and "muki shrimps" and "maitake mushrooms" are added to create a fragrant aroma, and the "muki shrimps with maitake mushrooms" are freshly deep-fried and dipped in the rice bowl sauce. Hiroshima greens flavored with green perilla are served on the side. We also recommend adding "tororo" (grated yam), which is sold separately, if you like. Served with miso soup, priced at 920 yen (tax included).

The "Summer Vegetable Tendon" is a bowl of tempura rice topped with "Summer Vegetable Kakiage," a colorful combination of eggplant, bell peppers, and celery that brings out the flavor and sweetness of the vegetables, "Rice Eggplant," which is popular every year, "Hirasa-yaengen" with its crisp texture and subtle sweetness, and "Myoga" with its refreshing aroma and spiciness, all of which are fresh, homegrown summer vegetables. The tempura is served in a bowl with miso soup and is priced at 750 yen. The price is 750 yen (including tax) and includes miso soup.
