Nakau will start selling "Kamo Udon" at 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2012. This is a winter staple menu item that allows customers to fully enjoy the delicious taste of duck.

" is a winter staple that Nakau sells during the year-end and New Year holidays. The udon noodles are served in a broth that combines the richness and flavor of duck with Nakau's udon broth, making for a perfect match.


Three types of ingredients are used to give the duck a variety of flavors: the lean meat of the breast, the tender meat of the thigh, and the tsukune, a meatball filled with the delicious flavor of duck. The dish is also garnished with fluffy fried bean curd, green onions, and fragrant yuzu citron.


The "Kamo Soba" (two-hundred-eighths soba noodles) will also go on sale at the same time.

Selling price: Kamo udon (ordinary) 590 yen (tax included, same below), Kamo soba (ordinary) 640 yen
Selling period: scheduled to end in early February 2023
Selling stores: scheduled to be sold at 462 stores excluding some stores (as of November 28)
