Nakau will begin selling "Kamo Udon" (duck udon). This wintertime staple menu item allows diners to fully enjoy the delicious taste of duck, made from three types of meat: meat from the breast, thigh, and tsukune (chicken meat). The "Kamo Soba" (two-hachi soba noodles) will also go on sale at the same time.
