Marugame Seimen will celebrate its 23rd anniversary in November 2023. In November, the month of its foundation, Marugame Seimen has prepared a number of opportunities to enjoy its freshly prepared udon noodles even more than usual as a token of our gratitude. As the first event, "Mensho Event - Night to Enjoy the Skills of a Master Noodle Artist" will be held.

will be held at a maximum of 10 locations nationwide, with the host restaurants selected from among those who applied. Prior to the event, from September 15 to September 21, 2023, the official Marugame Noodles X (formerly Twitter) will be accepting applications for the prefectures where the event will be held.


The "noodle master" who determines the axis of Marugame Seimen's deliciousness and passes on his skills and thoughts to craftsmen across the country will go to various regions of the country to make udon noodles. The "noodle artisans" who continue to hone their skills and sensitivity in noodle making will also gather and work together to make the noodles.

Marugame Seimen has more than 800 stores nationwide, and there is only one craftsman who has been given the title of "noodle
