chicken bone soup stock 1 teaspoon
white sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
sesame oil 1 teaspoon
garlic chute Approx. 1 cm

Chinese Style Salad with Dried Kiriboshi Daikon

Ingredients

30 g kiriboshi-daikon (dried daikon radish)
1/2 carrot
1/2 bunch chives
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chicken broth
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cm garlic tube

Directions

1. Wash kiriboshi-daikon well and drain after soaking in water according to package directions.


2. Cut carrots into 4 cm long strips and leek into 3 cm wide chunks.


Put kiriboshi-daikon, carrot, and leek in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes.
