asparagus 8 bottles
tube-shaped fish-paste cake 4 (100g)
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
garlic chute Approx. 2 cm
sesame oil 2 teaspoons

Stir-fried Asparagus Chikuwa with Garlic

Ingredients

8 asparagus
4 chikuwa (100g (3.53oz))
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2cm garlic tube
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Directions

Wash asparagus, peel the tough root end with a peeler, and cut into 3 cm pieces. Cut chikuwa into diagonal slices about 0.5 cm wide.


Put sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan and heat. When fragrant, add asparagus and saute.


When the asparagus is cooked, add the chikuwa and soy sauce and stir-fry until all the flavors are well blended.
