Sukiya will release its annual "Unadon" and "Unagyu" bowls at 9:00 a.m. on April 20. +The lineup also includes a special "shijimi soup oshinko set" that can be added for +100 yen.

Sukiya serves only eels that have been confirmed to be safe. Even before the eel is farmed, it undergoes a rigorous 10-times inspection before it is sold in our stores.


Unagyu," which allows customers to enjoy both the una-don and Sukiya's signature beef bowl, has been well received by many people every year since it was launched in 2007. Sukiya's eels are grilled three times after dipping them in sauce to create a fluffy, aromatic kabayaki. The thick, fatty, moderately grilled eel, beef simmered in the richly flavored secret sauce, and hot rice soaked in the sweet eel sauce together create a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, aroma, and happy deliciousness.

Una beef (medium portion) 950 yen
Sea Urchin Bowl with Shijimi Clam Soup Oshinko Set (regular size) 950 yen
Unagyu shijimi clam soup oshinko set (regular portion) 1,050 yen
