Koso Kotobushi "Kindai-born Tuna Festival"

The "Kindai-born Bluefin Tuna Festival" will be held at Kotobushi on March 19-21 and 26-27 in collaboration with the Fisheries Laboratory of Kinki University, which is engaged in the complete cultivation of bluefin tuna.

This year's to-go sushi platters will include "3 kinds of tuna", "Tuna Sanmai-mori", "Tokusen-mori", "Tokusen-mori", and "Ohei-yaki-mori".

Three kinds of tuna


The "Three Kinds of Tuna" is one of the fair's main attractions. The "Hon-Tuna Triple Platter" is the centerpiece of the fair's menu, and features three different types of Hon-Tuna: Toro (Sashimi), Akami-Meat, and Yamakake (Beef fillet). The price is 745 yen (tax included).

Tuna sammai maki


The "Tuna Sanmaimamori" is for those who want to enjoy "Kindai-born tuna" to their heart's content. The price is 1,998 yen.

Tokusen Maki


The "Tokusen-sakari" includes three kinds of "Toro", "Akamimi", and "Yamakake", as well as standard items from Kotobushi, such as salmon and shrimp. The price is 1,177 yen.

Value-priced serving


The "OHEIUCHI MORI" is a cost-effective platter that allows customers to enjoy a variety of fish items. The price is 1,036 yen.
