KYOTARU will offer a summer-only menu, "Kaisen Chirashi Salad Udon". This set of "Salad Udon" and the popular top menu item "Kaisen Barachi Rashi" will be available from July 4. The selling price is 680 yen (tax included).

Kyotaru Kaisen Chirashi Salad Udon

The Kaisen Bara Chirashi is a well-balanced dish of five types of seafood (tuna, squid, salmon, shrimp, and negitoro) in a moderate size, easy to eat, and gorgeous to look at. The salad udon noodles are selected for their firmness, and are served with a combination of classic ingredients such as cucumber and broiled egg, as well as tuna mayo for a rich flavor. The udon noodles are also served with Kyotaru's original udon sauce based on bonito stock, which has been carefully selected for its flavor, taste, and aroma through a process of trial and error.
