The popular "10 Kinds of Seafood Hina Chirashi", sold only during the Hinamatsuri period, will be available again this year. This chirashi sushi is perfect for special occasions, and is made with the hope that people will enjoy the Hinamatsuri Festival at home.

The dish features 10 kinds of popular ingredients, including "tuna," which is Sushiro's ever-popular specialty; "salmon" for its freshness and color; "shrimp," loved by men and women of all ages; "salmon roe," made from carefully selected eggs with a rich, delicious flavor; and "crab meat," made from the luxurious Hon Zuwaigani-Meat. The dish has a gorgeous appearance, as if flowers are in full bloom.

The shari is a mixed shari with a combination of the middle ingredients (shiitake mushrooms and sweetened kanpyo seaweed). No matter where you eat, you can enjoy a variety of ingredients.

Two sizes are available: for two or three people to enjoy, or for one person to enjoy alone. You can choose according to the occasion.

The size of the vat for two or three persons is approximately 25 cm in diameter and is priced at 2,630 yen (2,690 yen or 2,840 yen at some stores), including tax.

The tub size for one person is approximately 15 cm square. The price including tax is 880 yen (900 yen/950 yen at some stores).
