Price reduction of "Freshly Cooked Series" at Kurazushi

For the first time since its establishment, Kurazushi will completely revise the basic price range of its sushi products and offer them at the new price range from October 1. In addition to a number of new menu items, the popular "Aburi" menu will make a comeback. The "Gokujo Toro" fair will also be held at the same time.

Freshly-prepared series price reductions

In addition to the "115 yen" menu, a new "165 yen" per plate menu item has been added. The "Freshly Cooked Series," which has been popular since its launch, will be reduced from 220 yen to 165 yen.

The "Freshly Made" series is a high-quality, high-value-added series that focuses on "freshly rolled" (the seaweed is crispy), "freshly seared" (the aroma is appetizing), "freshly fried" (hot and crispy), and "freshly prepared" (the ingredients are larger in volume and more luxurious than conventional products). Starting October 1, 17 products in four varieties will be available at a more affordable price, from 220 yen to 165 yen.

Seasonal Shirasu Eating Comparison

You can compare two kinds of Japanese shirasu, kama-age shirasu and marinated raw shirasu, in a gunkan. The soft and fluffy texture and flavorful taste of the kama-age shirasu are arranged in such a way that they spill out of the gunkan, providing a very satisfying taste and volume. The marinated fresh shirasu is flash-frozen immediately after being landed to maintain its freshness, so you can enjoy its melt-in-your-mouth texture that is close to that of freshly caught fish. The price is 165 yen. Available from October 1 to 13. No take-out available.
