Kurazushi will hold a Tuna and Salmon Roe and Salmon Roe Fair starting April 22. The menu includes: "Gokumi Matured Medium Sliced Tuna (Consistency)," "Toro Sailfish," "Gokujo Large Salmon Roe," "Spilled Salmon Roe Salmon Gunkan," "Double Shrimp Tempura Temaki," "Japanese Exquisite Shin Hata with Salt and Lemon," and "Aburi Double Cheese Iberico Pork O-toro (Large Sliced Tuna). Also available are "Zesshin Temaki (salmon roe, grated yam, sea urchin)," a new product in the Gokumin no Ippin series, and "Gorgeous Set" and "Gorgeous Three Kinds Set," take-out sets for the Golden Week holidays.

Premium aged medium fatty tuna

The fatty part of the tuna is used from the medium fatty part of the high quality tuna, which is carefully procured. Normally 220 yen, but 110 yen during the fair (tax included, same as below).

Toro swordfish

Superb large salmon roe

Only carefully selected large salmon roe is used. Sold from April 22 to May 5. Price: 220 yen.

Spilled Salmon Roe and Salmon Gunkan

A dish similar to a seafood oyakodon, in which you can enjoy fatty salmon and salmon roe together. Price: 220 yen. No takeout.

Double Shrimp Tempura Temaki

Usually one shrimp tempura, but now you can get two for a great price; on sale from April 22 to May 5. Price is 110 yen. No take-out.

Japanese exquisite Japanese mahata grouper with salt and lemon

A representative of white meat with firm flesh and a strong, lingering flavor. It is characterized by its firm texture and sweetness that comes out the more you chew. Topped with lemon, which goes well with it, and sprinkled with salt. Price: 220 yen.

Aburi Double Cheese Iberico Pork Otop

Made richer with a four-cheese sauce: gouda, cheddar, mascarpone, and camembert. sold from april 22 to may 5. Price: 220 yen.

Exquisite Temaki (salmon roe, grated yam, sea urchin)

A new product in the Gokumin no Ippin series, available from April 22 to May 5. Price: 690 yen. Limited quantity. No takeout.
