2-3 pieces of taro, minced pork 150g (5.29oz)
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon sugar

How to make

Wash the whole taro, wrap it in plastic wrap, and heat it in the microwave (500W) for 3-4 minutes.


When the taro becomes soft, remove it, cool the heat and peel it. Wrap it in kitchen paper and peel it off to make it easier to peel.


Cut the peeled taro into bite-sized pieces.


Combine miso, mirin, sugar and water.


Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced pork.
