Easy with canned tuna! Simmered Chinese cabbage and tuna

Ingredients (3-4 servings)

1/4 Chinese cabbage
1 can tuna
2 tablespoons sugar, soy sauce, sake
1/2 teaspoon Japanese soup stock

Directions

Wash and cut Chinese cabbage into 2 to 3 cm chunks.


Place the Chinese cabbage in a pot in the order of core, then leaves, then top with canned tuna, sugar, soy sauce, sake, and Japanese dashi stock.


Cover and cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
