Ingredients (serves 2)
200 g canned chickpeas1/4 onion
1 or 2 sprigs parsley
1 can tuna
1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
A pinch of salt and pepper

Finely chop onion and drain. Finely chop parsley and wash and drain chickpeas.In a bowl or Tupperware container, mix the drained tuna, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
