2 slices koya-tofu
Milk or soy milk to taste
About 1 tablespoon of your favorite sweet seasoning such as sugar or honey
No sweetness needed! If you are a stoic, you can also use no sugar.

Directions
Soak koya-tofu in water and cut into thin strips.
Put the sliced koya-tofu in a bowl and add milk or soy milk until the bowl is filled to the brim. If sugar or other ingredients are used, mix them with the milk or soy milk before soaking the koya-tofu.
Once the koya-tofu has been thoroughly soaked in milk, bake in a toaster or 180°C oven for about 20 minutes. Once crispy, it is ready to serve!
How do koya-tofu rusks taste?
The outside is crispy (especially the edges) and the inside is moist and chewy. The mellow richness and gentle sweetness of soybeans seeps out as you bite into it. It is a simple and delicious taste!
You can sprinkle maple syrup or cinnamon sugar on it, or dip it in jam or ice cream! Koya-Tofu rusks are an easy snack for dieters. Try it if you are health-conscious, as it is healthy while filling you up.
