Ramen Yamaoka-ke has announced on its official website that "Oni Niboshi Ramen" will be available from August 25.

In addition to its regular menu items such as "Shoyu Ramen," "Miso Ramen," and "Shio Ramen," Yamaoka has been offering various limited-time-only menu items without interruption, and this will be one of them.

The super thick niboshi ramen, which has appeared in the past and gained popularity, will be available again. The Yamaoka family's thick broth and a large amount of selected domestic dried sardines are used to create a thickened, concentrated niboshi pork bone broth, which is combined with specially ordered thin noodles in low-padded water to create a dish with great impact.

In addition to the single item, a half rice set and gyoza set are also available. Prices are 880 yen (including tax) for the single item, 990 yen for the half rice set, and 1,200 yen for the gyoza set. The two sets are priced at 20 yen less than if you order the side dishes separately.
