Sushiro stores will sell "Niboshi-scented Osaka Dashi Ramen" supervised by the popular ramen restaurant "Retsushio Gyoyu Menkabo Sanku" from August 30 through October 1. The price is 480 yen (tax included).

with Niboshi Scent This limited-time-only ramen is supervised by the popular ramen restaurant "Retsushio Gyoyu Menkabo Sanku" in Fukushima, Osaka, which has received a high rating of 3.77 on the "Eat Log Ramen WEST 100 Best Restaurants 2022" list. It is inspired by Sanku's most popular "Kake Ramen," which uses a seafood-based soup.


Sushiro combines not only seafood but also pork-chicken double broth with soy sauce to create a rich and savory soy sauce broth. The toppings are the same as in the original, with chashu pork, spinach, and niboshi (dried sardines).
