Milk Tantanmen A new spring menu item, "Chilled Soy Milk Tantanmen," will be available during this pleasant time of year when the weather is still warm and fluffy. This year's "Chilled Soy Milk Tantanmen" is less soggy than last year's and has a more pronounced sesame flavor. The special sauce, flavorful minced meat, crunchy potherb mustard and white onion are a perfect match. The combination of the mild soymilk with the spicy minced meat and the smooth, flat, medium-thin noodles make this a perfect dish for this season.

If you want to increase the spiciness, add a dash of raayu (Chinese red chili oil) on the table if you like. We recommend stirring the noodles thoroughly before enjoying.
