Yokohama Ihekei Ramen" is the 25th product in Kappa Sushi's "Authentic Ramen Series. This ramen is supervised by "Iekei Sohonzan Yoshimuraya," a famous restaurant known as the originator of Iekei Ramen and where you have to wait in line.

The noodles are Kappa Sushi's original sticky, extra-thick noodles with a pleasant chewy texture. The soup is made with chicken oil in abundance. The chicken broth adds umami and flavor to the soup, creating a perfect balance of soy sauce and pork bone flavors.

Toppings include spinach, nori (seaweed), grilled pork, and Yoshimuraya's table-top toppings of garlic and vinegared ginger, which are pickled at the restaurant. The nori (seaweed) is specially selected from Japan and individually wrapped with the Yoshimuraya logo for a crispy texture.

Prices differ for the Yokohama Nishiguchi Ekineer and Dotonbori Ebisubashi branches.
