Strawberry, I like it! White Bear Parfait

Sushiro Café Department presents a spring version of Sushiro's original "Hakuma Parfait," which was very popular last time. Based on granita (flavored shaved ice) with plenty of condensed milk, this Hakuma Parfait is topped with mixed fruits, whipped cream, and condensed milk.

This time, it is topped with an abundance of fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, condensed milk, and vanilla ice cream, just like in spring. The refreshingly sour strawberries go perfectly with the milky granita and vanilla ice cream.

Price: 363 yen (tax included). Not available for take-out; limited quantities per day.
