Sushiro is offering two types of sweets supervised by the long-established patisserie Mallorca, which has received a royal warrant from the Spanish royal family: "Fateful Encounter. Passionate Basque Cheesecake Parfait" and "Fateful Reunion. Passionate Basque Cheesecake" will be on sale.

The sweets are the result of a collaboration between the Sushiro Cafe Department and the long-established Patisserie Mayorca, which has a store in Futakotamagawa, Tokyo, the only one in Japan with a royal warrant from the Spanish royal family. It is an adaptation of Mallorca's very popular Basque Cheesecake.

On sale from April 11. Under the supervision of Mallorca, the popular "Basque Cheesecake Sandwich" is represented in a parfait. The basque cheesecake is browned at a high temperature to keep the inside smooth and rich in flavor, and the cream cheese and Gouda cheese give it depth of flavor. Accented with raspberry jam. The price is 418 yen (tax included).

Sushiro Mallorca supervised "Fateful Reunion. Passionate Basque Cheesecake"

On sale from April 18. A combination of Mallorca's "Basque Cheesecake" and Sushiro's "Briere Cheesecake". The basque cheesecake portion has a smooth texture and richness, but is made lighter by adding lemon juice to give it a sour taste. The mousse portion of the rare cheesecake is rich yet refreshing, balancing the basque cheesecake portion. Just before serving, the surface is seared with a sprinkling of granulated sugar to express the aroma and texture of the brûlée. The price is 308 yen.
