and "Strawberry and Berry Spring-colored Parfait" will be on sale at Sushiro from March 15 (Wed) to April 2 (Sun) as part of Sushiro Cafe Department's "Spring Strawberry Fest". The "Strawberry and Custard Catalana" and "Strawberry and Berry Spring Color Parfait" will be on sale from Wednesday, March 15 to Sunday, April 2.

with Strawberry and Custard A strawberry version of the Catalana Ice Brulee, Sushiro's most popular sweet (calculated from the company's nationwide sales results from October 2021 to September 2022). The Catalana Ice Brûlée is carefully caramelized one by one upon order, giving it a crispy texture. The strawberry version maintains the same smooth texture, but combines a rich custard with strawberry paste to create a rich catalana that allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of strawberries.

Priced at 220 yen/230 yen/250 yen (tax included). A total of 180,000 orders are planned to be sold, and will be closed when sold out. No take-out available.

fait: Fresh strawberries are used for the strawberry mousse, ice cream, sauce, and toppings, and topped with raspberry puree and sorbet made with blackcurrant juice for a special tartness and aroma. The sweetness of the strawberries and the sweet and sour sorbet are perfectly balanced.
