Caramel Chocolat Enrobe

The rich caramel cooked to a thick consistency is wrapped in melt-in-your-mouth couverture chocolate and sandwiched between crispy, savory cookies, allowing you to enjoy the exquisite harmony of the three ingredients.


The product will be on sale from January 27 through the end of March. The price is 810 yen for a set of 4 or 1,620 yen for a set of 8. Also available at the Ginza KOJI CORNER online store.

Anna and the Snow Queen" decoration

The main characters Anna and Elsa from the movie "Anna and the Snow Queen" are represented in this decorated cake. Cocoa sponge, chocolate ganache, and strawberry cream with strawberry dice are layered, and blueberry-flavored cream and lemon-flavored cream (the part resembling Anna's dress) and green apple-flavored cream and lemon-flavored cream (the part resembling Elsa's dress) are squeezed on top.


The size is 4.5 (13.5 cm in diameter). Limited to 3,000 pre-orders.

Jumbo Cream Puff" renewed

The custard cream has been made richer and richer, and the puff pastry crust has been improved to be more crisp and melt-in-your-mouth, with more cream. The cream and puff pastry skin are now combined to melt in the mouth. The lineup includes "Custard" and "Whipped & Custard.

Fukuoka-grown Amaou parfait

Rummy Chocolate Cake

was jointly developed by Ginza Kozy Corner and Lotte. When it first appeared last November, it was so popular that many stores sold out. In response to requests, it is being sold again for a limited time.


The same rum raisins and rum as in "Rummy" are used. The "milk chocolate ganache" with rum raisins kneaded into it is layered with "milk chocolate mousse" with a hint of rum, and finished with a cocoa glaze. The alcohol content is 3.0% (calculated value).

It will be on sale from January 27 to February 14. The price is 518 yen. Sold at fresh cake stores.

Bacchus

Chocolate Cake "Bacchus Chocolate Cake" is also available along with "Rummy Chocolate Cake. The fresh cake expresses the charm of "Bacchus," which is made of milk chocolate covered with mellow cognac, and uses the same brandy as "Bacchus" (60% cognac).


Brandy-infused "chocolate ganache," "milk chocolate mousse," and "brandy jelly" are sandwiched between cocoa sponge. The top is finished with brandy jelly, brandy jelly and brandy sauce. The alcohol content is 3.9% (calculated value).

Nama Gâteau Chocolat

In order to maintain the delicious taste, production is controlled and sales are limited in terms of period, quantity, and outlets.

Ginza's Brick

: Fresh chocolate carefully kneaded with high-quality fresh cream from Hokkaido. The delicate melt-in-your-mouth sensation that melts like snow the moment you put it in your mouth has been pursued. Available from January 25 to mid-March.

Ginza Brick Milk

: Milk chocolate made from Venezuelan cacao beans blended with fresh cream from Hokkaido. 33% of the cacao beans are from Venezuela. 648 yen for 12 pieces.

Sweet chocolate made from cacao beans from Cote d'Ivoire blended with two types of rum. 68% of the cacao beans are from Côte d'Ivoire. 648 yen for 12 pieces.

Ginza's Brick Strawberry

"Amao" strawberry puree and white chocolate are kneaded together with fresh Hokkaido cream. The subtle tartness and gorgeous aroma of the strawberries match the mild taste of the white chocolate. 756 yen for 12 pieces.
