Sushiro Cafe Department and Suzette Holdings' top patissier Mr. Komai, who himself won a silver prize at the world's most prestigious pastry competition (18th Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie) and led the Japanese team to the first place in the world as a leader of the same competition in January 2023. This is the second collaboration with top patissier Mr. Komai of Suzette Holdings. The new parfait was created with the desire to deliver a more authentic and delicious sweet.

The parfait is made with an abundance of strawberries in the form of sorbet, sauce, jam, and pistachios, which go well with strawberries. We recommend starting with the strawberry sherbet on top. The strawberries are blended with raspberry juice for a rich finish.

The pistachio mousse is made with aromatic pistachio paste created with artisan skill. The mousse is made with artisanal pistachio paste for a light and smooth texture. The strawberry sauce and strawberry confiture in the bottom of the cake are characterized by their sweet and sour flavor and rich, thick texture, allowing you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients.

The price is 440 yen including tax (450 yen/480 yen at some stores).
