New sweets using the authentic cream "Betsubara Cream" that represents the Sushiro Cafe Club. Almond poodle and butter are used for Baumkuchen, and they are carefully baked to achieve a rich flavor and a moist mouthfeel. It goes well with Betsubara Cream. After the order is placed, the baumkuchen is sprinkled with sugar and roasted to create a "brure-style" finish, so you can enjoy the aroma and crisp texture. The price is 330 yen (tax included).


・ Petit Shoe Korokoro Strawberry Parfait
A new strawberry parfait with a cute appearance featuring Petit Shoe. Three petit shoes stuffed with custard cream with vanilla beans and W cream with whipped cream are served. The choux pastry that melts in your mouth and the custard cream and whipped cream go great together. The topping ice cream is custard ice cream mixed with strawberry sauce, and you can enjoy the sense of unity between strawberry and custard. The price is 308 yen (tax included).
