Horse Sashimi Eating Comparison

This is a luxurious dish that allows you to compare three types of Kumamoto's famous horse sashimi: "Akami Aburi", "Toro", and "Negitoro". The "Akami" is seared with garlic and soy sauce, and the "Negitoro" is rolled with fried garlic and scallions to create a thin roll that allows you to enjoy both the texture and flavor. The garlic and the extra effort of searing in the restaurant enhances the flavor of the horse meat. The price is 748 yen (tax included, same as below).
