Setouchi Lemon Rare Cheese Ice Cream Cake" is an ice cream cake with the refreshing sourness of Setouchi lemons. The cheese mousse is based on cream cheese, with Gouda cheese paste added as a secret ingredient to enhance the richness. To accentuate the flavor, Setouchi lemon sauce is mixed into the ice cream cake in a marbled pattern, giving it a refreshing taste with the sourness and aroma of lemon. The price is 220 yen (tax included, same below). Some stores will offer it for 230 yen or 250 yen.

The "Pineapple Pineapple Parfait" is, as the name suggests, a parfait "all about pineapple. It is a combination of five pineapple flavors: a mild mousse made with pineapple juice, a crunchy pineapple granita accented with passion fruit, a sorbet made with plenty of pineapple juice, a pineapple sauce that preserves the texture of the pineapple, and a ripe, delicious pineapple. This dish offers the deep sweetness and well-balanced acidity of pineapple in a variety of tastes and textures. Priced at 360 yen. Some stores will offer it for 370 yen or 390 yen.
