Noble Madagascar Chocolate Pudding Parfait

The "Noble Madagascar Chocolate Pudding Parfait" was created under the supervision of Sushiro's Cafe Department and Mr. Tsuchiya of Japan's leading chocolatier, Theobroma. This parfait features a new type of chocolatey pudding inspired by Theobroma's classic chocolatey pudding.


The chocolatey pudding, baked slowly at low temperature, is made with Madagascar cacao beans, which Mr. Tsuchiya fell in love with after visiting many cacao farms around the world. The chocolate from Madagascar has a gorgeous fruity berry aroma and a rich cocoa flavor. It also has a smooth texture that attracts chocolate lovers.

Underneath is chocolate ice cream made with the same chocolate, smooth pistachio cream, sour raspberry sauce, and crunchy fiancé. Each of these accentuates the richness of the flavor.
