2 small eggplants, 5 okra, 10 mini tomatoes, 3 ginger (tube is OK), 2 tablespoons of miso
Granule soup stock 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Water 500ml (16.91us fl oz)

◆ How to make

1. Cut off the upper part of the okra to make a smooth cut, and remove the eggplant calyx to make a random cut. Cut the Japanese ginger in half vertically and cut it into small pieces.
