It's not just soaking in water! Introducing the recipe for "oatmeal cookies" made with oatmeal. It has a crunchy texture and is responsive to eating.
■ Materials
・ 100g (3.53oz) of cake flour・ Oatmeal 90g (3.17oz)
・ Baking powder 2g (0.07oz)
・ Sugar 40g (1.41oz)
・ Cocoa powder 30g (1.06oz)
・ Salad oil 30g (1.06oz)
・ 1 egg ・ Melted butter 40g (1.41oz)
・ Powdered sugar, etc. as you like
■ How to make
1. Sift the cake flour and baking powder, add oatmeal and mix well.2. Add sugar and cocoa powder, beaten egg, melted butter and salad oil and mix well. I wanted to keep the sweetness modest, so I added cocoa powder to add flavor, but you can add 70g (2.47oz) of sugar to make it sweeter or add dried fruits to your taste.
3. Arrange the dough on the cooking sheet. It's harder to put together than regular cookie dough, so if it doesn't form, add a small amount of milk or water (be careful not to add too much). By the way, the author took the mold by pushing the dough into a large cookie mold. Alternatively, you can scoop up a spoonful of it, lightly harden it, and crush it with your fingers to make it round. Once the mold is removed, bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Cool with a cake cooler and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like, and you're done!
