Ingredients
200 g ground chicken100 g yam
30 g oatmeal

15 ml men-tsuyu (Japanese soup stock)
1 or 2 egg yolks
15ml (0.51us fl oz) sesame oil

Method of preparation
Roughly chop yam and finely dice green onion. Put minced chicken, yam, oatmeal, thin leeks, and mentsuyu in a bowl and knead together until sticky.In a frying pan, add sesame oil, form the mixture into a bale shape, place in a pan, and cook slowly over medium heat. When both sides are browned and the center is cooked through, transfer to a plate.
Top with yolk, soy sauce, or mentsuyu, if desired, and serve!
